BUILT AROUND YOUR SPACE
Ceiling height, opening size, and floor clearance determine what fits. We’ll help you choose a steel ladder and plan the complete installation.
Review models designed for tall spaces rather than trying to extend a standard ladder.
Compare steel construction, load ratings, handrails, and hatch features for your needs.
We assess framing, swing clearance, and the space the ladder needs when extended.
Include removal, opening adjustments, trim, and drywall work in one agreed scope.
TWO OPTIONS WORTH A LOOK
These are examples we can assess for your project. The exact model, opening dimensions, availability, and suitability are confirmed before ordering.

INSULATED HIGH-CEILING OPTION
A three-section metal ladder with an insulated hatch and an assisted folding mechanism.

COMMERCIAL-USE STEEL OPTION
A powder-coated steel folding ladder with spring assistance and locking latches between sections.
Commercial application requirements vary by site. We assess suitability for the intended use; a heavy-duty ladder is not automatically a fire-rated hatch or a means of egress.
MORE THAN A LADDER SWAP
A replacement needs to suit your ceiling height and rough opening. We review the existing framing, available clearance, and installation requirements before recommending a unit.
If the opening needs adjustments or the surrounding finish needs work, we can include those items in the proposal. You’ll know what is included before approving the project.
Send the ceiling height and opening dimensions. We’ll assess suitable options and any additional work needed.
FROM FIRST PHOTO TO FINAL FIT

We review fit, condition, and access. Any assessment fee is explained before scheduling.

We complete approved work and check the ladder’s opening, closing, and floor contact.
LET’S TAKE CARE OF IT

BEFORE YOU BOOK
FAKRO’s LMP is designed for ceilings up to 12 ft. Rainbow lists F-Series models from 8 ft up to 15 ft. The specific model must also fit your opening and available clearance. Send measurements so we can assess the options.
Rainbow explicitly lists the F-Series as suitable for commercial use. The FAKRO LMP is a high-ceiling metal ladder with an insulated hatch. We review the intended use and applicable site requirements before recommending either model.
We can quote supply and installation together, including agreed opening adjustments and finishing work. Availability and the exact model are confirmed before ordering.
We can assess the existing opening and quote appropriate framing, trim, and drywall work. Structural changes may need additional planning or approvals.
Include your property ZIP code, floor-to-ceiling height, ceiling opening dimensions if known, and photos. Tell us whether it is a home, garage, or commercial property and whether you need a replacement or new opening.
Pricing depends on the ladder model, height, opening, access, and finishing scope. We discuss those details and explain any assessment fee before scheduling. Approved onsite quote fees are credited toward the final invoice for accepted work.
