    Yes. Labor is typically covered for 12 months, and manufacturer warranties apply to installed parts and equipment.

    Our team follows OSHA and NFPA standards, and all work is performed by qualified technicians. Safety training and PPE are standard on every job.

Payments & Billing

  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    We accept credit cards, debit cards and ACH transfers. We accept checks for jobs over $2500.
  • Do you require a deposit?
    For larger projects, we require a deposit to cover materials along with 50% of the labor upfront. For smaller jobs, full payment is typically collected in advance. We recognize that some customers may feel hesitant about upfront payments, but this practice allows us to secure materials, dedicate labor, and prioritize your project for timely completion. We believe that trust is the foundation of any business relationship. If there is concern about making payment before work begins, it may indicate the project is not the right fit.     Yes, we are onboarded with portals like Corrigo, Ecotrak, and others for national retail and restaurant chains.
  • Do you offer net terms?
    Yes. We offer net terms for businesses with established good credit. Approval is required before scheduling work, and terms are typically set on a case-by-case basis.
