In this role, you will perform a wide range of maintenance, repair, and installation tasks for residential and commercial properties. We’re looking for a hands-on professional who takes pride in quality work and can work independently or as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general repairs including drywall patching, painting, carpentry, minor plumbing, and basic electrical
• Install or replace doors, locks, fixtures, caulking, and appliances
• Diagnose issues and complete repairs in a timely and professional manner
• Interact with customers and dispatch professionally and courteously
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow safety protocols

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of handyman or general maintenance experience
• Must have own basic tools and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
• Must pass a background check
