This service fee applies when a technician is dispatched to your home for a same-day emergency request during regular business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). It covers the cost of the technician's time, travel, and a basic visual inspection to help identify the issue. If additional work is required to properly diagnose the issue, it will be discussed and quoted before proceeding.
