This service fee applies whenever a technician is dispatched to your home or business for an emergency after-hours service call. We offer 4 hour response from the time the request is accepted. This fee helps cover the technician’s time, travel expenses, fuel costs, insurance, and other essential operational expenses required to deliver high-quality service. It includes travel and up to one hour for diagnosing the issue but does not cover any repairs.

What's included / excluded
- Service requests must be submitted on a regular business day (Monday–Friday) between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
- We guarantee a 4 hour response time, meaning a technician will arrive at your home or business within 4 hour of the request being made.
- The service charge is non-refundable and applies regardless of service satisfaction. It cannot be credited toward the total invoice for any repairs performed during the visit.
