This service fee applies whenever a technician is dispatched to your business for critical priority emergency service call. We offer a 2 hour response. This fee helps cover the technician’s time, travel expenses, fuel costs, insurance, and other essential operational expenses required to deliver high-quality service. It includes travel and up to one hour for diagnosing the issue but does not cover any repairs.
